Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website? - You can.
You can immediately cancel your order up to 24 hours after purchasing. So if you change your mind, please send us a message right away.
We'll cancel and refund you as soon as we get your request as long as your order has not shipped out yet. A returns process is required for refunds after the item arrives to your location if it's already been shipped out.
How do I return or exchange an item? - Our Guarantee.
We have a 30 day refund policy that starts only when your package arrives at your doorstep.
We accept returns for undamaged items within 30 days to guarantee customer satisfaction.

What if my order arrives damaged?
In the case that your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within the first 7 days of receiving the order for either a full refund or reshipment.
Where do you ship from?
Our products are efficiently packaged by our expert handling team to ensure they arrive in perfect condition regardless how far they go.
Primarily they are packed and shipped right from our jewellery store in London, but in the unlikely event that we have exhausted our inventory upon receiving your order, we may deliver your item directly from one of our fulfilment centres in the United States, Eastern Asia and Western Europe. If your item is out of stock in your nearest location, we'll send it directly from our production line with the same delivery times as indicated in our shipping page.
